Online Booking

You can now book tickets online through the NCEM's Events Calendar. Our online booking service allows you to choose your own seat at the venue (where reserved seating applies) and pay for your tickets online. You will then be taken to our secure server to choose how many tickets you wish to buy (and to choose where you would like to sit where reserved seating applies).

How it works

First, browse for an event using the Events Calendar. Click on an event to view details about it, including start times and ticket prices. Once you are ready to book, click on the Buy Tickets button (as shown below by the red arrow) to start the booking process.



You will then be taken to our secure server to choose how many tickets you wish to buy. Use the arrows on the left to add or remove ticket quantities, and use the drop down menu to choose the area of the venue you'd like to be seated. Click Add to basket to continue.



If the venue includes reserved seating (please note that reserved seating is only available at selected events) you will be able to choose your seat visually - as shown below. In this instance, use the diagram of the colour-coded seats (the Legend) to find available seats and the + and - buttons to zoom in and out of the seating plan. Once you have chosen an available seat (an example of which is illustrated below by the red arrow), click on it. Then click Order Seats to continue or go to Continue Shopping for more events.



You will then be presented with a summary of your order. As shown below, if you are happy with the details, click on the Proceed to Checkout button to continue.



To purchase tickets on the NCEM site you need to have a login account. This only needs to be done once and makes returning to book future tickets for events much easier and quicker. If you have already registered with our booking service, just enter your username and password and click Log-in. If you have not yet registered, click on New User?, as shown below.



Finally, once you have entered your details, you will be taken to the payment screen. Simply enter your credit/debit card details (note that we do not accept American Express) and click Submit Order -> to finalise your purchase. You should receive confirmation of your booking via email.
